This is my intention and my hope in opening Yantra Yoga to the world. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu THIS BOOK WAS written in response to the need for a comprehensive guide to the Basic Level of Yantra Yoga. It is based on the translation from Tibetan of the original eighth-century instructions for Yantra Yoga and Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s extensive commentary, first published in 2008 as Yantra Yoga: The Tibetan Yoga of Movement.
